qPCR multiplex detecting carbapenemase resistance genes NDM (New Delhi Metallo-β-lactamase), IMP (Imipenemase-type Metallo-β-lactamase), OXA (Oxacillinase-type β-lactamase), KPC (Klebsiella pneumoniae carbapenemase), and VIM (Verona Integron-encoded Metallo-β-lactamase) in carbapenem-resistant Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, and Acinetobacter baumannii. Includes an exogenous IC-B Mix internal control for specimen and reagent integrity.
