Quantifies Major, Minor, and Micro BCR-ABL fusion transcripts in blood/bone marrow from patients diagnosed with Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) or Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL). Includes an ABL PPM internal control for extraction performance and specimen quality. Validated against the 1st WHO International Genetic Reference Panel for BCR-ABL.
